Since 2006, Constance Culinary Festival-Festival Culinaire Bernard Loiseau is held in Mauritius in collaboration with Relais Bernard Loiseau and his Chef Patrick Bertron. This unique event has become a much anticipated happening on the international gastronomic calendar, attracting epicureans from around the world.

The only event in Mauritius where amazing creativity & flavours are unleashed through different competitions and Michelin Star dinners; involving locals and international culinary geniuses.
It unveils true passion, shows the importance of sharing and highlights the charm of the Mauritian culture.
