Blanchette - Parisian-style Restaurant from London

✨ We are delighted to announce a new culinary collaboration, from 17 April to 19 May, with one of London’s leading Parisian-style bistros, Blanchette! ✨

Described as 'A Spot Of Paris In The Centre Of Soho', Blanchette was founded in 2013 by three brothers, Maxime, Malik and Yannis, capturing the essence of French cuisine and quintessential Parisian charm.

This exciting collaboration will see the Republik Beach Club & Grill, one of the resort’s five dining destinations, transformed to recreate the intimate and exclusive Blanchette atmosphere.

In the true spirit of families dining together, Blanchette’s menu is based on the concept of sharing, and will be available for lunch and dinner at Republik Beach Club & Grill.

The menu will feature classic Parisian dishes reimagined with fresh, locally sourced ingredients giving the food a Mauritian flare and echoing our ethos of “Rooted in Nature”.

To accompany your French feast, a selection of specially curated fine French wines and cocktails will be available to pair perfectly with the dishes.

Guests will be transported to the lively culinary scene of France, as they dine to the founder Malik's expertly curated soundtrack featuring his signature style of nu-disco, funk soul classics and new wave.

International DJ Jade de Lavareille will be also be performing from 17 April to 1 May 2019, playing her infamous sets daily during happy hour through to dinner at Republik Beach Club & Grill.
