Sega, named after the Mauritian dance, is a rum and Tiki bar that offers Mauritian-inspired beverages, a unique smoked cocktail menu, exotic Tiki concoctions and a signature “Shangri-La Rum Oak”, an eight-year-old rum that can be personalised to your taste.

Sega Bar represents the centrepiece of entertainment for the resort with a specially designed over-the-pool stage that showcases cultural shows featuring the most exciting local talents, reggae and seggae music, as well as a live jazz and blues band nightly.

It is a fashionable outdoor lounge terrace and the ideal hotspot for afternoon and night-time drinks. The innovative beverage menu creates an experience of its own by providing the widest range of local rums.

Our rum sommelier can give you a unique insight into local rums. A minimum of 10 infused rums are blended and mixed to create expert concoctions.
