In December 2017 we dined with the winemakers of Dom PeÌrignon under a glowing sky full of stars with our feet in the Mauritian sand.
Our Chefs created a menu that paired perfectly with the different delectable vintages of Dom PeÌrignon.
Choreographed waiters performed through every motion of service, interjected with art performances and jazz in between each course, while the winemaker explained each delicious vintage.
An ultra-sophisticated evening of true decadence!
