Guests can choose from an 'A la carte' menu, or let Chef Chris Wade treat them to an exclusive menu that he will personally craft!

Dishes consist of a selection of the finest Australian produce ranging from oysters, cold cut board, lamb ribs and rack, a selection of Waygu and Angus beef, kangaroo loin coupled with a variety of seafood!

Chef Chris Wade has worked alongside celebrities such as Marco Pierre White, Curtis Stone and Gordon Ramsay, to become an international Ambassador for the Australian food and wine industry. He has gone on to reach almost cult status on the Australian dining scene for his focus on ethically-sourced, sustainable produce and locally-farmed beef.
